Our Policy

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our crystals, minerals, and metaphysical items, we carefully inspect and photograph each piece before shipping. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged , please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

Natural Variations

Please note that natural stones may have variations in color, size, and appearance. These natural characteristics are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
